Adult Performance

The LAB’s Adult Performance program will keep you on the move and enjoying every minute of your workout as we focus on preventing injuries, weight loss, increasing strength, and building muscle.  The program is based on executing proper movement patterns while providing modifications based on proper movement regressions and progressions to ensure it reaches everyone where they are at.

No matter your goal, we can get you to reach it!  LAB Sports Performance is your “FORMULA TO SUCCESS”

Training Schedule

Monday – 5:30pm-6:30pm

Tuesday – 5:30am-6:30am

Wednesday – 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Thursday – 5:30am-6:30am

Friday – 5:30pm

Saturday – 8:30am-9:30am & 10am-11am
