All team athletes rely on one another, so prepare your entire squad to perform their best. Our Team Training Program enables teams and organizations to provide their athletes with everything they need to prepare and succeed.

We’ve trained over 50 teams spanning most every sport at levels including high schools, professional teams and travel organizations.

LAB Sports Performance develops a custom program to fit the needs of both the coach and athletes.  We coordinate your team’s training and practice schedules to ensure you are at your best when it counts.

Adult Performance

The LAB’s Adult Performance program will keep you on the move and enjoying every minute of your workout as we focus on preventing injuries, weight loss, increasing strength, and building muscle.  The program is based on executing proper movement patterns while providing modifications based on proper movement regressions and progressions to ensure it reaches everyone where they are at.

Semi-Private

Looking for a program designed specifically for your training goals, schedule and lifestyle?

LAB Sports Performance’s Semi-Private training program delivers a personalized program that will help you reach all of your training goals. Our Semi-Private Program is a custom, individualized workout program designed specifically for you — based on your initial consultation and assessment.  We personalize your workouts based on your goals, schedule and any other factors that may be involved. 

The Process

Before starting a LAB Semi-Private Training Program. Every client will go through a FMS (Functional Movement Screening) assessment.  This will show us exactly how we can help you — but more importantly, where we need to begin you in your training program to ensure success.

Tuesday — 3pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

Thursday — 3pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
Friday — 5:30 am, 6:45am, 8:30am, 9:45am, 11am, 4:15
