All of our Semi-Private training clients begin with an individual functional movement screening (FMS) to better allow us the ability to individualize their training program based upon their unique needs. Once this is done, each client will have a program designed specifically for them based on their goals and schedule and then will be placed in a training group. Groups will have a 6:1 client to coach ratio for all training sessions.

Wednesday - 5:30am, 8:30am, 9:45am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm
Thursday - 9:45am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm
Friday - 5:30am, 8:30am, 9:45am
Saturday - 7:45am, 9am
