LAB Sports Warrior is like no other large group program around. It is designed to integrate professionally designed programs utilizing different formats of exercise. This allows our clients to get the most out of their training while using multiple movements to support their fitness goals. While sticking with LAB Sports Performance’s ideals of increasing strength and building muscle as well as preventing injury, LAB Sports Warrior will keep you on the move and enjoying every minute of your workout.
The LAB Sports Warrior program is based on the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) providing modifications based on the movement screenings regressions and progressions. This is why we refer to our Warrior program as Group Personal Training. We are putting the personal into group training so that you get the best workout for YOU!
In LAB Sports Warrior, you will experience both strength and metabolic conditioning workouts that will utilize a wide variety of movements using but not limited to:
- TRX Suspension Trainers
- Resistance Bands
- Medicine Balls
- Battle Ropes
LAB Sports Warrior have both Strength and Metabolic days throughout the program. Strength days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while the Metabolic days are on Tuesday and Thursday. What's the difference you ask? The difference between the Strength Day and Metabolic Day will be the work to rest ratio throughout the workout.
Monday (Strength) - 5:30am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm
Tuesday (Metabolic) - 5:30am, 8:30am, 5:45pm
Wednesday (Strength) - 5:30am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm
Thursday (Metabolic) - 5:30am, 8:30am, 5:45pm
Friday (Strength) - 5:30am, 8:30am
Saturday - Warrior 90 - 9:00am
