CYCLE LAB 90
90 minutes of stamina building training. Drain your tank as you endure and enjoy this mixed terrain ride. Just like Cycle LAB 60, but with 30 extra calorie burning minutes. A training session for seasoned cyclers.
CYCLE LAB TRX
75 minutes rounds out the perfect fusion class for those looking for a full-body workout. 45 minute power ride followed by a 30 minute TRX core focused muscle sculpting session. Cycle fused with TRX Suspension training… a match made in heaven! Pure synergy with cardio conditioning in the Cycle LAB and an ALL CORE ALL THE TIME focus on the TRX. Increase your aerobic base, core strength, leg power, shoulder stability and flexibility. Bring your athletic shoes for TRX training. TRX experience or TRX 101 required. CYCLE LAB YOGA
60 minutes of this Cycle/Yoga blend delivers a total mind-body workout. 30 minutes of cardio endurance cycling precedes 30 minutes of flowing, strength based Power Yoga. High intensity training on the bike with sculpting postures on the floor help you tone, stretch and unwind. Perfect for those seeking a challenging yet balanced workout. CYCLE LAB SPIN & SCULPT
